2023 Costs

Participants pay one fee for all sessions, lodging, meals, materials, & contact hours.

Conference fee: $525

Deposit:  A deposit of $50.00 is required with registration. This will be applied to the total cost of the conference fee.  The remainder of the fee ($475.00) is due by May 19, 2023.  Additional information will be sent following registration.

Payments: Check or Credit Card. If you would like to pay by credit card, please check the appropriate box on the registration form and you will be contacted by Cincinnati Museum Center Guest Services to make arrangements for payment. Checks should be made out to Cincinnati Museum Center. Please write “Ed Week registration fee” in the memo line and mail to:

Cancellation policy:  In case of emergency, $25.00 of the deposit will be returned up until May 19, 2023. No refunds will be given after May 19, 2023.

Participants can earn up to 3 semester hours of graduate credit through Ashland University or 50+ contact hours.

Cost for graduate credit:

$555 fee to Ashland University (3 semester hours)

$370 fee to Ashland University (2 semester hours)

$185 fee to Ashland University (1 semester hour)

*Graduate Credit fee is payable to Ashland University upon arrival at Shawnee on June 4, 2023.
