Educators’ Week is fortunate enough to take place in the beautiful Hocking Hills region in Ohio. Camp Oty’Okwa, in Hocking County, has hosted Educators’ Week since its conception. Situated in the unglaciated area of the Allegheny Plateau, Camp Oty’Okwa’s 700+ acres features varied native vegetation and cliffs, deep gorges, rock shelters, and waterfalls formed by Blackhand Sandstone. The camp is centrally located in the region which allows for day trips to enjoy the local parks and preserves.
