How do I register for Educators’ Week? Go to https://educatorsweek.com/ and click the “registration” tab from the menu located at the top of the page. Simply fill out the form and hit the “submit” button. Registration closes May 16, 2025.
How much does it cost to attend? The total cost for the conference is $525. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when you register in order to be able to select the sessions you wish to attend during the week. The remaining balance of $475 is due by May 23, 2025.
How do I pay? Check or Credit Card (Visa, MC, or Discover). All participants must use this link to process payments, regardless of payment type. Please register here, first, then proceed to the payment portal. One your deposit has been received, you will be able to sign up for sessions.
Can I get financial assistance to help pay for the conference? Yes! You can find information for available scholarships under the “scholarships” tab at https://educatorsweek.com/ . In addition, some participants have been able to share the cost of the conference with their employer.
What if I need to cancel? You can cancel your registration at any time. The participant’s remaining balance (minus the non-refundable $50.00 deposit) will be refunded to those who notify Educators’ Week staff at least 14 days prior to the first day of programing. No refunds will be given after May 23, 2025.
How do I select my sessions? After your deposit payment has been processed, you will receive the password for the “Session Choices” page. Enter the password and select the sessions you wish to attend and hit the submit button.

Where is Educators’ Week taking place? Educators’ Week is taking place at the Glen Helen Outdoor Education Center located in Yellow Springs, Ohio in Greene County.
What should I bring? Please reference the packing list section of the Welcome letter which can be found at the top of this page.
Do you offer graduate credits? Yes! You can earn up to 3 semester hours of graduate credit through Ashland University. For those desiring the full 3 semester hours, session hours must total 45. Thirty hours of sessions are needed for 2 semester hours of credit and 15 hours for a single semester hour of credit. The cost per credit hour is an additional $185 payable to Ashland University. All associated paperwork and payments related to graduate credit will take place at Educators’ Week.
