Registration

Registration will be limited to 30 participants. Final date to register is May 16, 2025 unless the week is full.  If space is not available, you will be notified and your name will be placed on a waiting list.  

After filling out your registration, please pay your $50 deposit to reserve your spot. Use this link to access the payment portal. This link can also be found on the "Cost and Graduate Credit" page.

Success!

Thank you for registering for Educators’ Week! After receipt of your deposit, you will receive the password allowing you access to choose your sessions. The password will be sent to the email you used on this registration form. Please refer to the Ed. Week schedule for an overview of those sessions.

Health and Safety

All done! After hitting the “submit” button, please pay the deposit fee of $50 (instructions at the top of this page). After your payment is processed, you will receive the password to access the session choices page in order to select which sessions you would like to attend.

By registering for this conference you agree to have your contact information shared with other participants. We will also be sharing photos with one another that you may be in and some of these photos may be used on our website or Facebook pages to help advertise the conference.

Cancellation policy:  The participant’s remaining balance will be refunded to those who notify Educators’ Week staff at least 14 days prior to the first day of programing. No refunds will be given after May 23, 2025.
